Retail Salesperson

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, helping them with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to meet their preferences. - Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing, addressing customer queries confidently. - Actively promote and upsell products to achieve sales targets, utilizing persuasive selling techniques and product demonstrations. - Maintain a clean, organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability meets company standards. Qualifications: - Minimum qualification of 12th Passout - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that the job is full-time and the work location is in person at Panipat, Haryana. Previous experience of 1 year in retail sales is preferred. Day shift availability is preferred for this role.,
