Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective negotiation, relationship building, and strategic business development. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for technology, as you will be engaging with clients to promote our innovative solutions.

Duties

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to identify potential customers and schedule appointments for product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Leverage negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to effectively position our products in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels within an organization.
  • Experience in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus.
  • A background in technology sales or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship management.
