Retail Salesperson - Field

As a Business Development Specialist (Field) at our company, your role will involve identifying and generating leads from apparel manufacturers and B2B businesses in Tiruppur. You will conduct in-person client meetings to showcase and demonstrate Magic AI solutions. Your responsibility will include pitching, negotiating, and closing subscription sales to meet monthly revenue targets. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be crucial to drive renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to continuously explore new business opportunities and expand the market presence in the region. It will be essential to maintain accurate sales reports, track the pipeline, and gather market feedback for further improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads from apparel manufacturers and B2B businesses in Tiruppur. - Conduct in-person client meetings to present and demonstrate Magic AI solutions. - Pitch, negotiate, and close subscription sales to achieve monthly revenue targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities. - Continuously explore new business opportunities and expand market presence in the region. - Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and market feedback. Qualifications & Requirements: - 3+ years of proven field sales/business development experience in a B2B environment. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. - Minimum 2 years of prior experience working in the Tiruppur market with strong local business connections. - Proficiency in Tamil (fluent) and English (fluent); knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage. - Strong skills in lead generation, market research, and negotiation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities. - Capability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience in SaaS, tech solutions, or marketing products would be a plus.,
