Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting customers to ensure a tailored shopping experience. - Guiding customers on product selections based on their preferences and needs. - Driving sales by recommending products and enhancing customer engagement. - Maintaining store presentation to ensure a clean and organized environment. - Building and nurturing relationships with loyal customers and high-net-worth individuals. - Following up with existing customers to drive repeat sales and engagement. - Keeping track of inventory and coordinating with the team for restocking. - Staying updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and industry trends. - Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3-4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Passion for premium cigars, luxury lifestyle, or high-end products. - Ability to provide an engaging and high-quality shopping experience. - Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management. - Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - Professional appearance and excellent customer service attitude. - Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per store requirements. - No prior cigar knowledge required; comprehensive training will be provided.
