Retail Salesperson

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates in our prestigious jewellery showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our exquisite jewellery collection, and driving sales within a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their individual needs and preferences.
• Provide expert product knowledge on our jewellery collection, including gemstones, metals, and design styles.
• Offer personalized recommendations and styling advice to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
• Sales:
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Actively engage customers in conversations to identify their purchasing interests.
• Present and demonstrate jewellery effectively, highlighting its unique features and value.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Participate in sales promotions and events.
• Showroom Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
• Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury goods or jewellery industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Passion for jewellery and a keen interest in fashion and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent grooming and presentation.
