As a Retail Sales Officer at Tanishq Franchise Store in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, your role will involve: **Role Overview:** You will engage with customers, offer product advisory, handle store operations, manage billing and documentation, provide customer service, ensure compliance and safety, and contribute to the overall sales target achievement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with walk-in customers, understand their jewellery requirements, and recommend suitable pieces based on preferences and budget. - Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales and meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery catalog, explain product features, and stay updated on new designs and trends. - Assist in merchandising and display of jewellery counters, manage inventory, and ensure a clean and organized showroom. - Support the billing process, handle order documentation, and address customer queries and complaints professionally. - Follow up with potential customers to convert leads, build long-term relationships, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. - Adhere to safety protocols for handling and storing jewellery, contribute to stock reconciliation, and maintain confidentiality. **Qualification & Eligibility:** - Minimum education required: 12th pass - Minimum age: 18 years - Counter sales/retail experience preferred, especially in jewellery - Female candidates will be preferred **Additional Details:** The company offers on-job training, an incentive structure based on performance, and statutory benefits like PF, ESIC, and bonus.
