Job Description – B2C Sales Executive (Jewellery)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive with experience in the

jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in retail jewellery sales and

excellent customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, certifications, and offers.
• Coordinate with the showroom team for billing, inventory, and order fulfilment.
• Maintain excellent showroom presentation and customer service standards.
• Follow up with customers for after-sales service and referrals.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in B2C jewellery sales is mandatory.
• Experience in selling Diamond, Gold, Gemstone, Polki, Kundan, Jadau, or Bridal Jewellery is

preferred.

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Well-groomed personality with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
