We are hiring for experienced and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive Credit Card Sales across Pan India.
These roles are critical to expanding our Credit Card portfolio through multiple business channels and ensuring strong market penetration.
1. Sales Manager will be responsible for Open Market (point of sale).
2. Open Market Credit Card or Personal Loan background preferred
3. Managing business from Kotak branches through pre-approved base along with RMs.
4. Point of Sales includes PVR and IOCL pumps.
5. Managing decent team size (up to 30-35 executives & TLs) and will be responsible for recruiting and training the resources.
6. Stakeholder management at Kotak branches and PVR/IOCL in the open market piece.
