Role Overview:

Retail Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
Present and explain product features, purity, and value to customers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and billing smoothly.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and new launches.
Adhere to company policies, including KYC, security, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements:

Qualification:
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1–10 years in retail sales (Jewellery, Apparel, Luxury, or FMCG preferred).
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation
Confidence and grooming suitable for a premium retail environment
Basic computer knowledge for billing and CRM
