You are a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Expert joining the team at Raj Kishore Gold Jewellery Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in traditional and premium gold jewelry. Your role involves providing excellent customer service and selling luxury jewelry products to in-store customers. - Greet customers warmly and provide an excellent in-store shopping experience. - Understand customer requirements and recommend jewelry pieces matching their preferences and budget. - Explain the features, benefits, and value of jewelry products, ensuring customer confidence in their purchase. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product catalog, including new arrivals, promotions, and pricing. - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. - Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. - Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing displays. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
