Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail sales (preferably watches) or hold a Master’s degree in Business.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their preferences.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide detailed product information and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
Handle billing, stock management, and daily reporting.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Business.
Experience in retail sales, preferably in watches or lifestyle products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
Willingness to work in a retail store environment with flexible shifts.
