Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring an exceptional brand experience for every shopper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable cookware solutions from the Rosh range.
• Demonstrate product features and handle customer queries effectively.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain store display standards and ensure product availability.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers.
• Stay updated on product features, prices, and promotions.
• Support stock management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or HSC with relevant sales experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in cookware, home appliances, or lifestyle products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Good product demonstration and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with billing systems.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per retail schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
