Retail Sales Executive

As a Retail Customer Sales Executive (CSE/CSA) at SYLOR Fashion Hilit Mall in Calicut Store, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting and Assisting Customers: You will warmly welcome customers and assist them in finding the products they need. - Sales Target Achievement: Your aim will be to meet and exceed sales targets by effectively engaging with customers. - Feedback Collection: It will be your responsibility to gather customer feedback and communicate it to the management for service improvement. - Customer Service: You are expected to provide exceptional service by addressing customer queries and offering appropriate solutions. - Stock/Products and VM Display Management: You will be involved in managing stock, products, and ensuring proper visual merchandising display, as well as following up on customer inquiries.
