Job Description

Core responsibilities

Customer engagement:
Greet customers, answer product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales:
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, up-sell and cross-sell products, and work to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Store operations:
Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked; maintain attractive product displays; and assist with inventory management, including stock checks and movement.
Product knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on all products, features, and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
Team contribution:
Support team sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.

Required skills and qualifications

Experience:
6 months to 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers may be considered.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Attitude:
A customer-friendly, approachable, and presentable demeanor is necessary.
Technical:
Basic knowledge of POS systems and comfort with digital tools is required.
Education:
A high school diploma (12th pass) is often preferred
