Retail Sales Executive

The Retail Sales Executive for Luxury Indian Occasion/Wedding Wear at Origins Hyderabad is a key role for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients with a focus on luxury fashion. As part of the team at Origins, you will have the opportunity to work in a luxury multi-designer boutique that celebrates the rich textile heritage of India. Your main responsibility will be to guide clients in selecting the perfect pieces for their special occasions by providing personalized styling advice and in-depth product knowledge. Building lasting relationships with clients and meeting sales targets are also crucial aspects of this role. In addition, you will need to ensure that the store's presentation is impeccable and stay updated on current trends in luxury Indian fashion and occasion wear. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in mens ethnic wear or bridal fashion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with fluency in Hindi and English (Telugu is a plus). A proven track record in achieving sales targets, deep understanding of Indian ethnic and occasion wear trends, and the ability to work in a high-performance, customer-centric environment are also required. Preferred skills include experience with customised clothing consultations and knowledge of fashion design, fabrics, and tailoring.
