As a Retail Sales Executive specializing in luxury Indian occasion/wedding wear at Origins Store in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients to find the perfect outfits for their special occasions while upholding the brand's luxury standards. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing personalized styling advice and detailed product knowledge to assist clients in their selections. - Understanding customer preferences and curating outfit recommendations to meet their vision. - Building lasting relationships with clients to drive in-store sales. - Maintaining impeccable store presentation and displays. - Staying updated on current trends in luxury Indian fashion and occasion wear. - Ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their visit. - Coordinating with internal teams to accurately communicate client preferences for timely order delivery. - Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold Origins Hyderabad's standards of excellence. The qualifications required for this role are: - 2-4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with a preference for mens ethnic wear or bridal fashion. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Telugu is a plus. - Proven track record in meeting sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships. - Deep knowledge of Indian ethnic and occasion wear trends, fabrics, and styling. - Confidence, energy, well-groomed appearance, and the ability to thrive in a customer-centric environment.
