Role: Retail Sales Executive (Male Only)

What We’re Looking For:

• Age Group: 25 to 32 years
• Experience: Minimum 1 year to maximum 2 years in sales (retail preferred)
• Location: Topsia, Kolkata
• Communication: Strong communication in Hindi, English & Bengali
• Education: Graduate preferred
• Personality: Smart, confident, energetic, and customer-oriented

Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mandatory) Salary Package:

• ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹7,000/month

Your Role Will Include:

• Attending walk-in clients and understanding their needs
• Product showcasing and consultation (tiles, marble, quartz, sanitaryware, etc.)
• Following up on leads and closing sales
• Coordination with back-office and logistics team
• Reporting through our flowchart system for clarity and accountability
