Retail Sales Executive (Female Preferred)

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent sales service. - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner, respond to their inquiries, and guide them to relevant products. - Document sales transactions and manage financial transactions accurately. - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise. - Keep customers informed about preferred sales and future merchandise opportunities. In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, you will also provide administrative support by: - Assigning daily tasks to team members, monitoring workflow, and ensuring timely completion of work. - Implementing and overseeing programs as directed by management. - Handling email correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies. - Booking travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, and providing general support to visitors. - Managing the IT and Maintenance team to optimize performance. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in English (both verbal and written). - Experience of 1+ years in Retail/FMCG/F&B industry. - Good knowledge of MS Excel. - Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Education and Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent. - Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
