retail sales executive

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our garments showroom in Gariahat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending customers, assisting them with product choices, and maintaining the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Help customers select garments as per their preferences and requirements
• Provide product details including fabric, fit, pricing, and styling tips
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Handle basic billing and packaging when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and displays
• Assist in stock checks, inventory updates, and visual merchandising
• Keep track of customer feedback and report to the store manager

Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above
• Prior experience in retail sales (garments/apparel) preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
• Must be punctual, reliable, and customer-focused
