Job Description

Customer Service: Greet customers, identify their needs, and offer product recommendations.
Sales Support: Process customer orders, handle sales transactions, and ensure accurate pricing.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services to assist customers effectively.
Inventory Management: Monitor product stock levels, assist in reordering, and manage displays to ensure products are well-stocked and attractively presented.
Product Promotion: Upsell products and services, and cross-sell where appropriate to maximize sales.
Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and manage cash register efficiently.
Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the counter area clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales representatives and support staff to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with inventory tracking, updating customer records, and preparing sales reports.
