This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in retail sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly. Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and organization of the retail area. Handle billing and payments accurately using POS or billing software. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the store manager. Maintain stock levels and inform the manager of any low or fast-moving items. Resolve customer queries or escalate to the supervisor when necessary. Collect customer feedback and help ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills: Good communication and basic selling skills. Basic understanding of B2C sales and customer service. Familiarity with billing counters, POS systems (training can be given). Punctual, presentable, and enthusiastic. Team player with a positive attitude.
