Retail Sales Counsellor

As an Education - Study Abroad industry professional, your role will involve achieving the retail revenue target on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for planning and executing various sales activities, fixing appointments, and conducting counseling sessions on a daily basis, including follow-up sessions. Your role will require extensive tele-calling skills for lead generation, along with preparing and submitting daily reports. Your enthusiasm and dedication to exceeding business targets, coupled with excellent communication skills in English and the regional language, will be essential. You should be open to intra-city travel to schools, colleges, and universities, demonstrating a go-getter attitude towards leads and revenue. Additionally, having good selling and negotiation skills is crucial for success. Qualifications: - Any Graduate/Post-Graduate Experience: - 1-2 years of B2C sales experience preferred - Freshers are also welcome - Previous experience in the educational industry is an added advantage Other Details: Applicants must reside within the main Kolkata city. The job entails a 6-day work week from the office, with 1 rotational off on weekdays, as weekends are considered working days.
