Retail Sales Consultant - Swarovski

As a Retail Sales Associate at our company, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist customers in a professional, warm, and engaging manner. You will need to understand customer needs and recommend products that suit their preferences and budget. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards - Manage stock levels, inventory, and replenishment - Maintain detailed knowledge of products, promotions, and collections - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 1 year of total experience in retail sales In addition to the above, you will also need to have experience in at least one of the following categories: Jewellery, Perfumes, Watches, or Cosmetics. Your proficiency in English language is necessary for this role. The work location is at Airport, Pune, Maharashtra, and you should be willing to work in both day and night shifts as required.
