As a Sales Associate/Salesman/Saleswomen/Sales Staff/Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers to discover the latest trends and build stylish wardrobes. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers in selecting clothing and accessories that match their personal style by offering expert recommendations and fashion advice. - Achieving sales goals by proactively engaging with customers, promoting new arrivals, and upselling products. - Providing excellent customer service by creating an inviting and personalized shopping experience. - Staying informed on product knowledge, current trends, and store promotions to effectively advise clients. - Processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and managing customer inquiries. - Ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, replenished, and displayed according to visual merchandising standards. - Supporting the team with inventory management and stockroom organization. **Qualifications Required**: - Experience in retail sales, total work, and women's wear is preferred. - Proficiency in English language is preferred. - Availability for day shift work is preferred.
