Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic female Sales & Content Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, a flair for hairstyling, and hands-on experience with social media content creation. This role involves attending walk-in customers, creating videos for social media, and assisting in daily office operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to walk-in clients at the experience center or office. Explain products and recommend the right hair solution based on client needs. Create engaging content (reels, tutorials, product demos) for Instagram, YouTube, etc. Confidently use hair tools like straighteners, curlers, and tongs to demonstrate products. Style hair extensions and toppers for content shoots or customer trials. Assist with packaging, order dispatch, and general office tasks when needed. Support the team in managing product displays, client appointments, and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualities: Pleasant and well-groomed personality. Excellent spoken communication skills in Hindi and English. Experience in hairstyling and using hair tools professionally. Creative mindset with a good understanding of Instagram reels and social media trends. Comfortable being on camera and explaining products confidently. Basic knowledge of content creation tools or apps (like InShot, CapCut, Canva). Responsible, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
