Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Associate/Executive, you will be the face of FurnAffair Home Store, assisting customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs and preferences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and assisting them in finding the right products based on their requirements
• Providing detailed product knowledge and advising customers on features, benefits, and pricing
• Handling sales transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments
• Maintaining the showroom's visual appeal by ensuring products are properly displayed and arranged
• Handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to store performance
• Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:

• Freshers and candidates with prior experience in furniture sales are both welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of retail sales processes
• Previous experience in a sales role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
