Job Description

As a Sales Associate in the diamond industry, you will be responsible for utilizing your good knowledge in Diamond (4c) to serve walk-in customers effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Attending to walk-in customers and understanding their requirements in order to guide them appropriately. - Ensuring proper display of stock on the counter to attract customers and drive sales. - Achieving sales target through product sales, up-selling, and cross-selling strategies. - Tallying the stock accurately to maintain inventory levels. - Participating in promotional activities such as Trade shows, Event management, etc, to enhance brand visibility. - Focusing on customer satisfaction by utilizing effective sales techniques. - Building and maintaining good relations with customers and the team to ensure customer retention. Please note that this is a Full-time position that requires your presence in person at the work location.,
