Retail Sales Associate (Female)

As a Retail Sales Associate at All Arabic Perfumes, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding the perfect products, and maintain a welcoming and well-maintained store environment. Responsibilities: - Assisting the store manager in day-to-day in-store operations and handling customer queries and purchases. - Understanding customer needs and guiding them to the appropriate perfumes. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with new, existing, and potential customers. - Performing sales and transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. - Assisting in selling and maintaining perfumes, ensuring proper presentation and organization. - Working with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. - Answering customer questions about products such as perfumes and attars, and recommending suitable solutions. - Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Age requirement: 18-28 years old. - Qualification: Bachelor's Degree. - Minimum 1 year of experience required. - Seeking smart local candidates with good communication skills (Female only). - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays with days off during the week as per the roster. In this role, you will be entitled to a salary of up to 20K per month with assured incentives based on sales performance.
