Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage cash handling activities, including billing and reconciliation.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure efficient store operations by managing inventory levels, stock rotation, and visual merchandising.
Supervise sales executives to achieve targets and maintain high standards of service quality.
Conduct floor management duties such as controlling crowd control, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a clean environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (freshers can apply).
Strong skills in billing, cash handling, customer handling, floor management, inventory management, retail sales executive activities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with excellent communication skills.
