Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and sales-driven Retail Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a passion for textiles and customer service. This role involves interacting with walk-in customers (including international clients), explaining product details, helping with selection, and closing sales with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, origin, fabric quality, and pricing
• Negotiate and close sales effectively while maintaining brand value
• Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is well-organized
• Coordinate with the back-end team for inventory and order fulfilment
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support where needed
• Assist during exhibitions and events when required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service (fashion/textiles preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Confident personality with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of textiles, fabrics, or interest in artisanal fashion is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
