Retail Sales Assistant

As a dynamic and results-driven Cement Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote our cement brand to masons, contractors, and Individual Home Builders (IHBs) in assigned territories. You will visit construction sites to identify potential customers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, convincing them to choose our cement for their projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Visiting construction sites to promote our cement brand - Building and maintaining relationships with masons, contractors, and IHBs - Demonstrating the benefits and unique selling points of our cement - Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops - Identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer relationships - Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets - Gathering market feedback and competitor intelligence - Collaborating with internal teams for smooth sales operations To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials or cement industry - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage a large territory - Basic knowledge of construction practices and materials - Familiarity with local market trends, competitors, and customer needs - Proficiency in local language(s) and English - Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively Preferred qualifications include a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, experience with CRM software, and knowledge of cement products and industry standards.
