*Skills required -*

1. Pleasant and professional personality with a well-groomed appearance.

2. Excellent communication skills with a soft and polite speaking style.

3. Ability to handle customers patiently and humbly.

4. Strong customer service and hospitality skills.

5. Good coordination and teamwork skills, especially with CRM and management.

*Responsibilities -*

1. Welcome every customer warmly and make them feel comfortable.

2. Provide a complete showroom tour to each customer.

3. Handle customer concerns politely and follow CRM escalation guidelines upon customer dissatisfaction.

4. Work closely with the CRM team and Managing Director and share suggestions to improve customer experience and service quality.

5. Supervise showroom staff and support their daily tasks.

6. Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising.

7. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.

8. Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams.

9. Offer refreshments and all amenities to all clients at all times.
