Retail Sales Assistant

As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to understand their requirements and introduce various product offerings to facilitate their buying decisions. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing estimates for selected products - Achieving category-wise sales targets - Assisting customers with sales returns or repair work It is crucial to adhere to standard operating procedures and cost-saving practices in the store. You will be responsible for maintaining the stock account by: - Counting and managing daily records of opening and closing stock in your allocated section - Reporting sold stock - Ensuring stock replenishment - Displaying products attractively at the counter Additionally, transferring stock to the locker, maintaining product safety, and monitoring dead stock are essential tasks for you. Your role will also involve providing support to marketing, VM, and IRSG teams to: - Ensure store compliance - Improve footfall - Develop relationships with competitors for continuous learning and process improvement.
