Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent performance.

2 . Sales Development Objectives:

Review and understand the objectives of sales development for continuous improvement.

3. Model Parlors Business Promotion:

Promote and extend the model Parlors business within the operational area.

4. Monitoring, Controlling, and Crate Collection:

Monitor and control inventory effectively, ensuring the timely collection of crates.

5. Competitor Presence and Store Execution:

Capture competitor presence and monitor store execution when requested.

6. Pricing Guidelines Execution:

Ensure the proper execution of pricing guidelines in the market.

7. Order Delivery Oversight:

Ensure orders are accurately and timely delivered to customers.

8. Accountability for Credit/Online Payment:

Take accountability for managing credit transactions and online payments effectively.

9. Customer Expansion and Market Visits:

Be accountable for expanding and acquiring new customers, proactively seeking new opportunities through market visits.

Eligibility requirements:

Graduate with preferable computer literacy (MS Office).

Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience, with a preference for the Healthy Snacks.

Basic English proficiency and intermediate proficiency in the local language.

Possess a valid driving license as per local regulations in the location.

Maximum age limit: 35 years.

Previous Product Experience: Healthy snacks

Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.

Demographic Exposure: Should be familiar with assigned local routes.

Educational Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.

Industry preference: FMCG Snacks.
