We are a modern, design-led lab-grown diamond jewelry boutique offering affordable luxury and transparent value. Our showroom is based in Noida and caters to clients looking for conscious and elegant jewelry options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
• Understand customer needs and guide them through our collection
• Share product knowledge clearly, including the benefits of lab-grown diamonds
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service
• Assist in showroom operations, stock management, and order follow-ups
• Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising and store hygiene

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in jewelry, luxury, or fashion retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for customer service and an eye for design/detail
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Presentable and well-groomed
• Basic computer skills for billing, CRM, and inventory tools
