Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail & Project Salesperson located in Ch.Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad) working Area Ch.Sambhajinagar&Jalna Maharashtra. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales in the retail sector and managing project sales. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding and addressing their requirements, providing detailed product knowledge, and closing sales. The role also involves managing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or plastics industry is a plus
