The Successful Applicant

8+ years in retail operations, preferably in fashion/lifestyle
Strong grasp of store planning, inventory, and visual merchandising
Experience with seasonal buying and assortment planning
Ability to interpret consumer behavior and translate into strategy
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
