Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Develop and execute seasonal merchandising plans aligned with brand vision and sales targets
Analyze sales data to optimize stock levels, product mix, and pricing
Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely product launches
Plan in-store and online assortment strategies based on regional and customer preferences
Work closely with buyers, store managers, and e-commerce teams to manage inventory turnover
Monitor sell-through reports and recommend markdowns or replenishments
Assist in retail promotions, VM planning, and product training for store teams
Regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in retail merchandising (fashion/apparel preferred)
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, retail planning tools, and inventory software
Excellent coordination, time management, and communication abilities
