Retail Marketing Manager

As a Retailer Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include developing marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams and National Sales Center (NSC) to align national and local marketing priorities using GRMS. You will be expected to set clear performance targets and obtain plan approval to ensure effective implementation. Utilizing GRMS tools, you will be responsible for building and executing marketing materials, planning local campaigns through targeting and segmentation, and ensuring adherence to Brand and CI guidelines in all marketing activities. Additionally, you will coordinate with NSC, lead internal marketing meetings, and monitor campaign effectiveness against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In terms of customer engagement, you will focus on building relationships with customers during visits and events, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer requests, and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with relevant customer information. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to embody Brand Customer First Principles, serve as a brand ambassador, and collaborate with NSC teams to share feedback and enhance operational processes.
