Retail Manager - Fixture and Rollout

As a Retail Fixture Rollout Manager, your role involves leading the development, production, and quality control of retail fixtures and prototypes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing prototypes based on approved 3D designs, ensuring alignment with design intent and client requirements. - Collaborating with design and client teams for iterative feedback and final approval. - Reviewing technical drawings submitted by suppliers and suggesting necessary changes for production feasibility and design accuracy. - Creating a detailed costing framework for each prototype and production batch, along with suggesting cost reduction strategies to meet budgetary requirements. - Establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Control (QC) plan, detailing inspection points and quality standards. - Conducting quality checks from raw material input to final product output to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality standards. - Setting clear production timelines and tracking progress regularly to avoid delays. - Defining packaging standards that ensure product safety and cost-efficiency during transportation and installation. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in fixture development, retail rollouts, or store planning projects. - Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and vendors effectively. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in CAD, 3D design review, and MS Office tools. - Prior experience with large-scale retail rollouts or working with global retail brands will be advantageous.
