Retail Fulfillment Associate - Flex

Role Overview: As a Retail Fulfillment Associate at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipping of all E-Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) orders. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach, along with strong skills in product fulfillment for both wine and merchandise, will be crucial in delivering efficient and accurate service. Your role will contribute significantly to providing a high level of guest service and satisfaction, ultimately enhancing brand loyalty by exceeding expectations for off-site guests. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the order entry team to prepare, pick, and ship orders efficiently. - Adhere to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure accurate and timely package delivery. - Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and speed in handling guest orders. - Maintain wine and merchandise inventory in an organized and safe manner. - Assist in special projects such as preparing freight shipments and handling large orders. - Receive, unload, and stock deliveries from the Distribution Center and Wine Production. - Support accurate on-hand inventory counts for our products. - Communicate effectively with relevant teams regarding shipment delays and errors. - Provide overall support for all areas of the Fulfillment Center. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education, training, and/or certifications are preferred. - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a warehouse shipping and receiving setting, ideally in a high-end retail or e-commerce environment. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook for computer and data entry tasks. - Knowledge of FedEx and UPS shipping software is considered a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing. - Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. - Must have a strong work ethic, solid work history, and verifiable references. - Proactive, able to take initiative, exercise good judgment, and prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment.
