As a Retail Fashion Consultant at the store in Hyderabad, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your main responsibility is to assist customers in finding the perfect styles, manage inventory, and ensure a delightful shopping experience. - Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, warmly greet them, and provide personalized assistance - Help customers make well-informed fashion choices by understanding their preferences and needs, and offering detailed information on product features, fabric, fit, and styling options - Exceed monthly sales targets and address customer inquiries effectively to ensure a seamless shopping experience - Engage in store operations and inventory management, including cash handling, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate sales and stock records - Participate in visual merchandising and store organization to enhance the customer experience, maintain an attractive store environment, and support in-store promotions and seasonal displays Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Passion for fashion and styling - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while achieving sales targets - Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons This full-time position comes with health insurance benefits and a day shift schedule.
