Retail Expansion & Sales Manager

The Retail Expansion Head will be responsible for spearheading store expansion initiatives, managing multi-city rollouts, and ensuring brand excellence in a trust-sensitive industry. This role requires strong strategic planning, execution skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively. Key responsibilities include designing and executing a growth roadmap for Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities, identifying profitable locations through data-driven ROI models, overseeing store launch execution including site selection, rent negotiation, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance, monitoring key performance indicators such as sales per sq. ft., conversion rates, and store profitability, leading and managing a team of regional managers and rollout specialists, and ensuring that all outlets reflect the brand's safety, credibility, and service standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in retail expansion and multi-city store rollouts with a proven track record in gold/jewellery, luxury retail, or BFSI sectors. Strong vendor management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance skills are essential, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
