Retail Design Innovation & VE

You will be responsible for the design and development of innovative brand-led experiences across various retail formats to ensure an exceptional physical brand experience. - Work closely with the Head of Store Design to research and develop new store and furniture design concepts - Implement the spatial design strategy for the brand - Develop creative space design for all physical brand experiences - Research design trends to inform the design strategy and maximize profitability through innovative design - Focus on design detailing, material selection, value engineering, and cost optimization for architectural and interior features, branding signage, fixtures, lighting, etc., within budget constraints - Contribute to design development on retail toolkits and guides for different retail formats - Collaborate with the Design and Visual Merchandising teams - Assist in development, review, and approvals by liaising with various retail professionals, including vendor partners, marketing executives, and retail Visual Merchandisers Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field - Proven experience of 4-5 years working as a designer, preferably in a retail environment - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Suite,
