Your core responsibilities will include: End-to-End Product and Experience Design: - Brainstorm, design, and perfect the physical Pauz environment, incorporating elements such as furniture, acoustics, and spatial arrangements. - Lead the design of Pauz products (hardware and accessories) to ensure they are user-friendly, functional, and aligned with the brand's values. - Collaborate with tech partners and UX designers to elevate the digital application experience and ensure a seamless interaction between the physical and digital realms. Prototyping And Iteration: - Quickly prototype new space layouts, product configurations, and interface features to explore innovative ideas. - Conduct tests and iterate based on user research, feedback, and industry trends to drive product evolution.
