Retail Design Innovation & VE

As a Designer for innovative brand-led experiences across retail formats, your role will involve collaborating closely with the Head of Store Design to research and create new store and furniture design concepts. You will be responsible for developing creative space designs, researching design trends, and innovating through design to enhance profitability. Your focus will be on design detailing, material selection, value engineering, and cost optimization while adhering to budget constraints. Additionally, you will contribute to design development for retail toolkits and guides across different retail formats. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop innovative brand-led experiences for various retail formats. - Collaborate with the Head of Store Design to research and create new store and furniture design concepts. - Develop creative space designs for all physical brand experiences. - Research design trends for informed strategies and innovate through design to enhance profitability. - Focus on design detailing, material selection, value engineering, and cost optimization. - Contribute to design development for retail toolkits and guides across different retail formats. - Collaborate with retail professionals, vendor partners, marketing executives, and Visual Merchandisers for development, review, and approvals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. - Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience working as a designer, preferably in a retail environment. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.,
