Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer (Retail Projects) will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing retail construction and interior fit-out projects. The role involves ensuring that all civil and structural work at retail sites is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil and interior work at multiple retail project sites.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure all civil, finishing, and structural work meets approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare measurement sheets, verify contractor bills, and support project costing.
• Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities, rate analysis, and cost estimation for new projects.
• Check material requirements, quality, and timely availability at the site.
• Monitor subcontractor work, timelines, and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Verify GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and highlight any discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to company safety guidelines and 5S practices at all project sites.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering, finishing, and interior works.
• Experience in retail outlets, showrooms, or fit-out projects.
• Good command of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple retail sites simultaneously.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
