The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in dealership networking of construction-related materials such as Doors, Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, Adhesives, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Cement, Steel, Electricals, Paints, etc. Additionally, proficiency in sales management, team leadership, and sales strategy development is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to analyze sales data and trends, and a proven track record in managing sales operations and achieving targets are essential for this role. While knowledge of the door or interior industry is considered a plus, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.
