Role Overview: Cashier

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cashier to manage cash-desk operations at anantam’s multi-designer store. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the ERP system - WizApp, and should be capable of managing retail transactions with accuracy, integrity, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Transactions

• Handle all customer transactions including cash, card, and UPI payments
• Accurately generate bills using WizApp ERP system.
• Maintain and reconcile daily cash and card collections

POS & Software Management

• Operate and manage POS terminals
• Maintain accuracy in billing entries using WizApp
• Generate daily sales and transaction reports in MS Excel.

Inventory & Reporting

• Coordinate with the accounts team for daily cash deposit updates
• Assist in managing petty cash and inventory-related records with the Head Office.
• Ensure billing aligns with product pricing and stock availability
• Maintaining Approval/Order Files
• Maintaining Sock Files with regular updates on MRR Reports.

Customer Service

• Address customer billing queries with clarity and professionalism
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Team Coordination

• Assist in training new cashiers on the WizApp system.
• Ensure the billing area is clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred)
• 3–4 years of cashier experience in retail (fashion/luxury retail preferred)
• Proficient in ERP billing system - WizApp
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• 2 References with Complete Addresses and Contact Details.
