Looking for a driven and results-oriented Retail Business Development Executive to join our retail leasing division. You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with retailers, and drive leasing growth for our portfolio of retail properties.
- Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities with retailers, brands, and developers
- Work to find new brands, retailers across categories
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive leasing deals and achieve business objectives
- 1-2 years of experience in retail leasing, business development, or a related field (can consider a motivated fresher)
- Strong understanding of the market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
